01
Ask about the findings, not just the repair
When discussing a vehicle concern, ask what was found, which part of the vehicle is affected, and how the finding relates to the symptoms you reported.
Questions about frame and chassis condition, suspension, brakes, or alignment can help you understand the work being discussed. Contact the shop for information specific to your vehicle.
02
Photos and digital reports: confirm availability
If you need photos, written findings, or a digital inspection report, ask the shop whether that documentation is available for your visit. Do not assume that every repair includes a digital report or a photo gallery.
The customer portal provides vehicle and account access. Inspection-report access through the portal has not been confirmed; contact the shop rather than relying on it for inspection records.
03
Bring useful context to the conversation
Describe when the issue happens, any warning lights, unusual noises, or changes in handling, and recent work performed on the vehicle.
Do not attempt to inspect unsafe areas yourself. Speak with the shop about the concern and an appropriate next step.
